Be Your Best (part 1) – growing stronger and healthier

I enjoy asking people this question, “What do you think it takes for you to be as strong and healthy as possible?”

Be your best - revitalize your life

~ Some answers are very simple, such as this: eat right, stay active.
~ Other people come up with more complex variations of healthy living, exercising, avoiding toxins, losing weight, building muscle, eating less junk, etc.
~ Still others take a more holistic approach and suggest that you can only be your best if you are in a good place mentally. These people like to include positive relationships, joy, peace, etc., in addition to maintaining the other healthy physical habits.

In many ways all of those answers are right AND at the same time they are all incomplete. Even the last person, the more holistic answer, was missing at least 1 vital component required to truly being your best.

Please understand that continually moving forward (growing stronger and healthier every day) is a process. Whether you are talking about success in business, relationships, or your health…growth takes time and effort.

The coolest thing about this concept of becoming your best is that you have the freedom and power to make decisions that will make you stronger and healthier. You and I need just 3 elements to be our best and make real progress toward wholeness.

· 1 Having a deliberate and positive focusBeing happy and hopeful.

· 2 Making healthy daily lifestyle choices that help you adapt and thrive – Becoming progressively healthier.

· 3 Maintaining a clear neurological connection from brain to body so you can heal, grow, and function up to your potential – Moving toward wholeness.
